Training in person
In Dubai — at my gym, at your building's gym, or at home with what you have.
A session with me is not an hour of being counted at. It is coaching. We fix how you move first, because the same exercise done two different ways gives two completely different results — and only one of them is the one you came for.
Everything is trained at roughly RPE 7 to 8, about two reps in reserve. Hard enough that your body has to change, controlled enough that you can train again in two days.
What is included, whichever package you take
An assessment first
How you move, what hurts, what you can already do. We measure, and we take photos if you want to be able to see the change later.
A written programme
Yours to keep, as a document. Every day has a stated purpose. Every exercise has sets, reps and a target effort, and a blank column to write what you actually lifted.
A nutrition plan
Built to your numbers, with three options for every meal, and a swap list for the days nothing in the house matches the plan.
Coaching between sessions
Check-ins, questions answered, and the plan adjusted when your week does not go to plan.
Rebuilt every four weeks
Against what you actually lifted, not against what the first draft assumed you would.
Training around injuries
Post-operation knees, lower backs, shoulders, pregnancy and postpartum. The programme is built around the restriction, not in spite of it.
If you have never trained before
You are the easiest person to help, and the one I most want in the gym. There is nothing to undo and no bad habits to fix.
The first few weeks are mostly learning to move well with very little weight. It will feel too easy. That is on purpose — it is what makes the next six months possible.
Common questions
If yours is not here, ask me.
No. I train clients in building gyms, in my gym, and at home with a pair of dumbbells and a mat. If you have nothing at all, the first programme is bodyweight and we add equipment only when it earns its place.
Yes, within Dubai. Tell me where you are at the consultation and I will tell you honestly whether the travel works.
Almost certainly, and training is usually part of the answer rather than the thing to avoid. I will ask what your doctor or physiotherapist has said and build around it. If something needs clearing medically first, I will tell you that rather than guess.
Both are normal here. Pregnancy training is about staying strong and comfortable, not about progress. Postpartum we start with breathing and the deep core before anything else, whatever your six week check said.
Two sessions a week changes things. Three changes them faster. Six is what I do myself and it is not what most people need. We will pick the number you can actually hold for three months, not the number that sounds impressive.
